Qingdao Free Trade Zone Tianhe Precision Casting Co., Ltd. Was founded in 2000 in Qingdao. We have been producing investment casting (lost wax, silicalsol) over 16 years. With high quality parts, competitive price and quick delivery time, our parts were exported to USA, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Hungary, Australia, Singapore, Israel, Soth Lorea, Japan, etc.
1. Foundry: The area of present foundry is about 6700 square meter.
The new foundry of 33000 square meter is being built, and we′ll start produciton in May 2018.
2. Convenient transportation: It′s only 20-minute driving from our foundry to Qingdao Port.
3. Certificates: We are certified with TS16949, ISO9001: 2015, PED97/23EC&AD2000.
4. Procedure: We mainly produce investment casting (of carbon steel and stainless steel) with silicasol (lost-wax) procedure.
5. Production range: Automotive parts, marine hardware, pumps and valves, pipe fittings, food processing parts, building hardware, medical parts, mining and textil part, etc. We′ve produced parts for customers from all over the world.
6. Euipments: We′ve advanced wax injection machines, spectrograph, machining euipments such as CNC machining center, turning and milling combined machine, Mitutoyo roughness tester, and Hexagon CMM.
